This establishment is one of the last 'corridor' pubs in the area, boasting a distinctive double-fronted structure, including a faux upstairs window on one side. The pub is divided into several sections, including a front lounge, a back bar, a pool room, and a function room. It is a hub for social activities, with two pool tables that host numerous teams, and regular darts and dominoes games. The pub also features a well-maintained, enclosed garden, providing a serene outdoor space for patrons. Entertainment is a key part of the pub's appeal, with karaoke sessions every Sunday and a variety of other events advertised on an outdoor board. Despite the building having planning permission for conversion into a residential property, new licensees decided to breathe new life into the pub and reopened it in October 2018.
