Daddy Longlegs
The former New Bush pub has been rebranded and reopened as the Daddy Longlegs, a nod to a historical mode of transport that once traversed the Brighton coastline on tall stilts. The pub has undergone a significant refurbishment, now boasting a chic, modern interior complete with contemporary décor and furnishings. While real ale is not on the menu, patrons can enjoy a selection from two keg lines, as well as lager, cider, a comprehensive wine list, and a variety of spirits. The Daddy Longlegs has shifted its focus to emphasize its food offerings, although the kitchen's operating hours are yet to be confirmed. The pub also features unisex restroom facilities.
