Constructed in 1760, this historic establishment, once a Coaching Inn, boasts a fascinating past, particularly linked to the Cragg Vale Coiners who allegedly convened here frequently. This Grade II listed structure, initially erected as a farmhouse with an adjoining barn, now operates as a pub seven days a week. The entrance to the pub is accessible from the primary Burnley Road, leading to a bar area on the left, featuring a naturally tiled floor. Conveniently, regular bus services are available right outside the pub. This esteemed venue was recognized as the Pub of the Season in the summer of 2016.
