In July 2021, the pub underwent a significant refurbishment and was subsequently renamed. The establishment now boasts a spacious, elongated front bar and a separate tapas restaurant located at the back. The entrance to the pub is conveniently located off the archway, with the frontage offering a view of the roadway. The pub now offers an impressive selection of beverages, including six types of cask ale, six varieties of craft keg, and eight traditional ciders. Food is also available, providing a comprehensive dining experience for patrons. For ale enthusiasts, the pub offers a unique 'paddle' option, which includes a sampling of three different ales, each served in a third of a pint measure. This allows customers to taste a variety of ales in one sitting.
