Located on the primary route between Chesterfield and Derby, the pub, after a period of closure, has been extensively refurbished and reopened by Old Poets Corner Ltd. The establishment features a central bar with a spacious drinking lobby that caters to both entrances. Additionally, the pub offers comfortable drinking areas and corners situated around the bar for a more intimate experience. The pub, now under a new name, boasts eight handpulls and offers a variety of beverages including traditional cider, craft beers, and house beers from the renowned Ashover Brewery.
