The Danson Stables

The Danson Park, a Palladian mansion, features a charming conversion of its 1760 stable block. This conversion was opened as a pub in 1997, initially by Bass and later by M&B. In 2010, it was among a significant number of properties sold to Stonegate. The pub enjoys a prime location within the parkland, making it a popular destination on summer evenings. However, it's worth noting that access can be challenging, particularly for pedestrians. During the evening, only the Danson Road entrance is open, although additional entrances are available during the day. Despite its historical background, the interior of the pub is not particularly large.
