The Mariner
This charming establishment, once a Mackeson pub, was reconstructed in the 1930s and is nestled amidst mid-19th century railway arches. It offers outdoor seating with a picturesque view of Folkestone's historic fishing harbour and the newly rejuvenated harbour arm. A mere fifty yards away, you'll find "Sunny Sands", one of the finest bathing beaches in Kent. An intriguing feature of this place is the rumored presence of a ghost of indeterminate gender in the cellar.
