Kings Head
The pub, a detached establishment, was reconstructed in 1928 by the Lichfield Brewing Company. Its location was slightly shifted from the original Victorian pub site, which was renovated in 1889, due to alterations in the road junction. Interestingly, the original pub even had pig-stys. The current interior features two rooms, both catered to by a centrally located, wood-panelled island bar. This bar room is designed in a straight layout, with two recesses at either end, each housing a fireplace. This modern layout maintains a sense of history while providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for patrons.
