The Widders
The Crown, a community-oriented local establishment, was originally a Banks's house. However, it gained a local nickname, the Widows, after being taken over by two widowed sisters following World War 1. The name stuck and was eventually made official, with the establishment being renamed the Widders after a significant refurbishment. This renovation greatly improved the appearance of the place, making it quite presentable. In addition to its inviting ambiance, the Widders also offers snacks and cobs for patrons to enjoy.
