The Mill At Worston
The Mill at Worston, a quintessential corn mill of its era, was initially constructed by J Milner in 1814, replacing a previous mill on the same site. This three-story structure, complete with an attic, has managed to preserve much of its original machinery, adding to its historic charm. The mill is known for its focus on food, offering a unique dining experience at The Grill At The Mill. The grill operates from 6-9 pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays, 6-10 pm on Fridays, 12-10 pm on Saturdays, and 12-5 pm on Sundays. In addition to its culinary offerings, The Mill at Worston also hosts a weekly quiz every Thursday night, along with occasional entertainment events, providing a lively atmosphere for its patrons. For those who enjoy the outdoors, the mill pool is home to a community of ducks. Visitors are welcome to feed them, with duck food readily available on-site. This historic mill, with its blend of history, food, and entertainment, offers a unique experience for all its visitors.
