Marquis of Granby
The Marquis of Granby, thought to be the original establishment dating back to 1760 or earlier, is a quaint two-roomed pub that serves as the brewery tap for Brewster's. The pub's charming interior features York stone floors, yew bar tops, and wood-beamed rooms, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. During the winter months, guests can enjoy the comfort of a welcoming open fire in the lounge. While the pub does not serve food, it is regularly visited by popular street food vans, offering a unique dining experience. The Marquis of Granby also operates a small village store within its premises. In addition to the Brewster's range, guest beers are typically sourced from microbreweries. The pub was recognized as the Pub of the Year 2022 by the local CAMRA branch.
