The Dispensary
This vibrant city pub is a sanctuary for real ale enthusiasts from all walks of life. The charming bar area is adorned with Victorian elements, and a raised wooden panelled area is situated at the back of the pub. Formerly known as 'The Grapes', the old sign is still displayed behind the bar. The pub underwent a complete redesign as a Cains tied pub, but it is currently leased out as a free house. The management of the pub changed hands in 2019. The pub can get quite bustling, especially when matches are broadcasted on the large screens. An outdoor food stall is also available for patrons.
