The Railway

The establishment, initially known as the Station Inn, was first recorded in 1851, coinciding with the inauguration of the Three Bridges to Horsham railway. It appears to have initially functioned as a coaching inn. In 1890, it was renamed the Station Hotel. During the 1990s, the establishment underwent several name changes, being known as the Rocket, the Firecracker, and Firkin, before finally settling on the name The Railway. The interior of the pub has been redesigned into a spacious 'L' shaped bar, complete with a small stage for bands to perform.
