The Lime Kiln
The Lime Kiln Dock Free House, named after the nearby dock that was covered in 1903, is a modest establishment that offers a rotating selection of six beers in various styles. The selection expands during their occasional beer festivals. The beers offered are often unique to the area, but local breweries are also represented. In addition to beer, there is always at least one traditional cider available. Patrons are welcome to bring their own food to enjoy with their drinks. Conveniently located, there is a public car park directly across from the establishment and city centre bus stops are just a short walk away.
