The White Horse
The White Horse, a traditional English pub, has a rich history dating back to 1845. Initially, it was the property of the Borough of Abingdon and was occupied by a variety of tenants, including coal merchants and publicans, before it came under the ownership of the Morland family. In 1999, the pub changed hands again when Greene King took over. Recognizing the potential of this Grade II-listed building, Greene King expanded it to include dining facilities. Today, the White Horse not only offers a cozy pub atmosphere but also features a beer garden at the front and its own parking area.
