Pack Horse
The Grade II listed pub, constructed traditionally with bricks, is situated across the University and is a popular spot for both locals and students. This multi-roomed establishment features a bar that caters to the tap room, corridor, and the lounge area at the back. Additionally, there are two smaller rooms adjacent to the corridor, furnished with traditional seating and equipped with bell-pushes along the walls. The tiled main entranceway gives a nod to the pub's history as a hotel. At the back of the property, there's a covered beer garden which serves as a venue for live music. The pub also houses function rooms on the upper floor.
