The Crown
The local establishment, previously owned by Greene King, was reopened on February 20, 2020, under new individual ownership, following its closure on August 5, 2019. The interior has been entirely revamped to provide a fresh and inviting atmosphere. This two-roomed local is nestled in the heart of the village, offering a unique blend of comfort and entertainment. The public bar, located on the right-hand side, is equipped with a pool table, a darts board, and a large screen TV, providing a lively and engaging environment for patrons. On the left-hand side, you'll find a comfortable lounge bar adorned with regimental shields, offering a more relaxed and cozy setting. In addition to the indoor amenities, there is a large, secluded garden at the rear and right of the property. This outdoor space includes two Aunt Sally pitches, adding a unique and enjoyable feature for guests. This revamped local establishment combines traditional charm with modern amenities, making it a welcoming and enjoyable place for all.
