The White Hart
This single-bar pub, recently renovated in a modern style, offers a separate room for dining and drinking. It is located in a charming setting next to the Wey Navigation. The pub features one house ale and two guest ales that are regularly rotated. The pub's spacious garden, situated by the canal, was awarded first place in the local Green Fingers of Runnymede competition for Community Gardens. The garden also includes a bouncy castle and a play area for children, and a BBQ is available during favorable weather conditions. The pub has a rich history, having been originally constructed in 1787 to cater to bargemen on the Wey Navigation, and was later rebuilt in 1861.
