Swan Inn
This charming three-bar pub, constructed of traditional brick and flint, has been proudly owned and operated by the same family for over a century. The centerpiece of the pub is the narrow middle room, where most of the fixtures can be traced back to circa 1947, as indicated by the date inscribed on the handpumps. The left-hand bar exudes a vintage charm with its fittings, including a three-sided counter, dado panelling, and parquet flooring, all hailing from the 1930s. This room underwent an expansion in 1969, enhancing its capacity and comfort. On the other hand, the right-hand bar, which was extended in 1986, features a counter that, despite its age, retains a timeless appeal. This pub, with its rich history and authentic decor, offers a unique and nostalgic experience for all patrons.
