The White Hart is known for its cozy lounge bar, featuring a real fire and saloon, and is popular for its Wednesday quiz nights. The pub has a rich history of recognition within the community. It was a joint winner of the local CAMRA branch's Pub of the Season award for Winter 2014/2015. Further, in September 2016, the White Hart was listed as an Asset of Community Value, highlighting its importance to the local community.
