Town Wall Tavern
A key highlight of this location is the 'Donkey Box', recognized as one of the smallest snugs in the country, with dimensions of merely six feet square. This quaint space features a simple wooden floor, a few tables, panelled walls, and a compact counter. Remarkably, it has accommodated up to 30 customers at once. In the main bar area, the majority of the fixtures appear to be of recent installation, with the exception of the 'Bar' window located in the rear door. The smoke room, situated on the right, underwent expansion around the year 2000. However, it still retains a hatch with a copper top and some of the original seating. This blend of old and new elements contributes to the unique charm of the place.
