The Thatch
In the spring and summer of 2015, this vibrant community hub underwent a significant refurbishment. Along with the installation of a new management team, the establishment also reintroduced real ale, a feature that had been missing for quite some time. The layout of the venue includes a rectangular public bar that leads to an elevated pool area. Additionally, the venue boasts a compact patio on the side, which serves as a perfect sun trap. This renovation and the introduction of new management have breathed new life into the place, making it an even more appealing destination for the community.
