Located in the heart of one of England's largest village greens, our family-friendly pub serves as a central hub for community life. The pub features two open-plan drinking areas, one of which is a quiet zone free from televisions and electronic game machines, providing a peaceful environment for those seeking tranquility. The pub's spacious front garden offers a stunning view of the village green, creating a picturesque setting for patrons to enjoy. We pride ourselves on serving real ale, which is dispensed from four to six hand pumps, ensuring a fresh and authentic taste. However, please note that our food offerings are limited to bar snacks. We also host special events throughout the week. Every Tuesday evening from April to October, we welcome motorbike enthusiasts for our Motorbike Tuesday evenings, during which burgers are available. Additionally, every Thursday night, we invite an external vendor to serve fish and chips, a beloved British classic.
