The Victoria
In mid-2021, a significant refurbishment transformed a single bar pub, revealing some of its original brickwork. However, the quaint snug area that was once a distinctive feature at the back of the pub is no longer available. The modifications made do not align with the pub's previous reputation as possibly having the most unaltered interior in the Watford area. It appears that the goal of these renovations is to transition the establishment into a gastropub-style bar. As of July 22, 2021, the kitchen is still undergoing improvements and is not yet ready to serve hot food.
