Three Horseshoes
We are thrilled to announce the reopening of our pub on 1st March 2022, following an extensive and noteworthy refurbishment. The establishment has been transformed into a contemporary British restaurant and pub, seamlessly blending tradition with modernity. Our pub has a rich history, dating back to the 18th century when it first served as a beer house. The oldest part of the building is the 16th-century timber hall, which is complemented by a 17th-century facade. A significant reconstruction was carried out in 1803, further enhancing its architectural charm. Over the years, our pub has gained fame, featuring in several films and television programmes since the 1920s. This has added to its unique character and appeal, making it a popular spot for locals and visitors alike. The pub is ideally located, overlooking the common and the village pond, offering a picturesque view that adds to the overall dining experience. We have a spacious outdoor seating area where guests can enjoy their meals and drinks in a serene and relaxing environment. We are also delighted to inform you that we are a dog-friendly establishment. Your furry friends are more than welcome in our garden area. We look forward to welcoming you and providing an unforgettable dining experience steeped in history and charm.
