Lady Abercorn
Constructed in 1901, the bar at the Andaz Hotel, originally part of the Grade II listed Great Eastern Hotel, is a testament to late Elizabethan architecture. The bar's design features oak-panelled walls and a heavily embossed coved ceiling, creating an atmosphere of old-world charm. However, the bar counter and bar back are contemporary additions, seamlessly blending the old with the new. The hotel also boasts a public Ballroom, which retains its original stained-glass domed ceiling, adding to the overall historical allure of the establishment.
