Golden Heart
Constructed in the 1930s for Truman, Hanbury, and Buxton, renowned brewers of the time, the building features a central service area flanked by two rooms. The public bar, situated on the right, is a combination of two original rooms. It is understandably simpler in design compared to the other room, yet both rooms boast extensive panelling and brick fireplaces. Notably, a couple of these fireplaces in the public bar are adorned with the Truman's eagle emblem. Additionally, both rooms feature the Truman's signature style of lettering for the promotional inscriptions that run along the top of the panelling.
