Shipwrights Arms
Adjacent to a previous entrance hall, there is a magnificent painted tile panel dating back to around 1900. This artwork beautifully depicts shipbuilders engrossed in their work and the hustle and bustle of river traffic. Additionally, the establishment features an island servery. In its original design, this servery would have been encircled by a variety of separate compartments. Each of these compartments would have been accessible via the multiple external doors, providing individual drinking spaces for patrons.
