Since its establishment under the same proprietorship in 1993, this pub has consistently won numerous local and county CAMRA awards, including the prestigious title of Local CAMRA Pub of the Year in 2021. Car enthusiasts will be pleased to know that the pub hosts a classic car gathering on the third Tuesday of each month from April through September. However, please note that the pub's operating hours on Sundays during the winter season may vary, so it is advisable to call ahead to confirm. Unfortunately, the pub has discontinued its Wednesday curry offering.
